The Engineering Student Enrichment Program was founded in 1982 by Mechanical Engineering alumni, Bill Compton and Civil Engineering professor, Dr. John Hemann. ESEP funds are used to enhance the professional skills, personal development, spirit of team work and cultural awareness of all students in the Washkewicz College of Engineering. Funds help with the expenses of student organizations’ national competitions like the SAE Baja Car or attendance at conferences like the Society of Women Engineers, as well as travel for projects undertaken by groups like Engineers Without Borders. Partial reimbursements are also available for attending local cultural events like the Cleveland Orchestra or performances at Playhouse Square.
Your Giving Day gift will touch the lives of engineering students for years to come - thank you for your support!
