Counseling and Academic Success Clinic

The Counseling & Academic Success Clinic (CASC) is a free, confidential, supportive counseling and coaching center available to students of Cleveland State University.

Staffed with graduate counseling student interns, under supervision of the clinical director, the faculty advisor and our internship class supervisors; the clinic provides support and guidance in navigating the typical concerns of today's busy college student.

CASC currently provides approximately $80K worth of free services each fall and spring semester combined and has served over 400 CSU students currently averaging 500 counseling sessions per semester.

Our convenient location provides access to students who may have been unaware or reluctant to seek help. 85% of students using CASC services successfully complete their current semester. Through data collection, student reported distress significantly decreased with utilization of CASC services

Your gift will support the growth and expansion of CASC services, including increased access through potential multiple CASC locations. Thank you for your support!
