Why should you donate/what will the money you donate be used for?
You will be helping us cover the cost of our Annual Symposium. ESLA will be hosting our annual Entertainment and Sports Law Symposium on Friday, April 12, 2019. The Symposium is a CLE event in which we bring in highly regarded legal minds and professionals from all over the country to discuss emerging legal issues in the area of Sports and Entertainment Law. In the past, this has been a high profile event, and this year looks to be one of the best Symposium's yet. We are hoping to have four panels regarding Player Health and Safety in Professional Sports, the effects of the recently passed Music Modernization Act, and Ethics in Collegiate Athletics. We expect the symposium to be very well attended and bring continued notoriety to the law school.
What do I get if I donate?
A donation of $200 gets you a sponsorship on the Program for our Annual Symposium
ESLA's Purpose: To help promote the concept of sports and entertainment law for student's desire of a concentration and better understanding of these fields of law, through guest speaker lectures, fundraising events, symposia, and the institution of sports and entertainment internships and externships.
