The Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University is dedicated to excellence in teaching, research, and service through active engagement in improving and creating opportunities for the people of the Greater Cleveland region and the state of Ohio. We are proud to have educated over 4,000 individuals who work passionately in our community to make a difference in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors.
This year, all Giving Day donations to Levin College will help support students enrolled in the College’s Columbus Seminar.The Columbus Seminar gives students direct experience with the institutions and leaders of Ohio’s state government. Students meet senior officials drawn from all three branches of government, an independent agency, the media, and think tanks and other nonprofit organizations. Students also meet legislative leaders and observe oral arguments at the Supreme Court. Alumni of the class serve as elected officials, department heads, policy analysts, and in numerous other public service positions.
